The Wilmington City Council invites you to submit your comments related to any of the proposed departmental budgets posted on this site, using the form below. As members of Council prepare for the annual departmental budget hearings, we will take your comments into consideration!

Please note that, due to the volume of messages, we are not able to provide individual responses or to include every comment in our budget hearings. However, please know that the budget team will review every comment submitted as the budget process unfolds.
